Dignity, inclusion and active ageing.
Our programmes respond to the practical, emotional and social needs of older people in Musina and surrounding communities. Through meaningful activities, basic-needs assistance, information and community support, we help older people remain connected, informed and actively involved in community life.
We create opportunities for older people to interact, build friendships and participate in community activities. These connections help reduce loneliness, strengthen belonging and encourage greater social participation.
We promote awareness and discussion around healthy ageing, emotional wellbeing, personal safety and access to appropriate services. Our activities help older people make informed decisions about their wellbeing.
We mobilise food, household essentials, warm clothing and other practical resources for vulnerable older people. This assistance helps beneficiaries facing poverty and difficulty meeting their basic daily needs.
We encourage older people to participate in recreational, cultural, educational and social activities. These opportunities promote active ageing, creativity, enjoyment and meaningful community participation.
We facilitate discussions about social inclusion, loneliness, abuse, financial wellbeing, dignity, family relationships and access to community services. These conversations help older people feel informed, heard and supported.
Through partnerships and community networks, we identify the needs of vulnerable older people and connect them with available resources and appropriate services. This strengthens the wider community support available to beneficiaries.
Your contribution can help us provide practical assistance, meaningful activities and stronger community connections for vulnerable older people in Musina.
